THE HUMAN BEHIND THE FLUFF

SAME HEART. NEW DREAM.

Hey there! I'm Colleen.

I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. But my journey to becoming a professional groomer wasn't exactly a straight line.

After 18 years in the bartending industry, I was ready for a change. My dream was to open a mobile dog grooming business. There was just one little detail: I wasn't a groomer yet. So I decided to become one.

I started from the ground up as a dog bather, worked alongside experienced groomers, moved into an apprenticeship, and began grooming independently. Along the way, my business idea became a genuine passion for the art of grooming and the relationships I build with dogs.

More than just a haircut

Some pups strut onto the grooming table. Others need extra patience, reassurance, and time. Every dog deserves individualized care, and their comfort matters just as much as their haircut.

Fresh As Fluff was born from a lifelong love of dogs, a determination to build something of my own, and a belief that grooming can be a better experience for dogs and their humans.
